CarForms.co.uk is an independent service that helps you complete and submit DVLA V62 applications (replacement V5C logbook). We are not the DVLA and are not affiliated with any government body. We charge a service fee in addition to the standard DVLA fee of £25.
2. Your Obligations
You must provide accurate and complete information when using our service. You are responsible for ensuring that all details you supply (vehicle registration, keeper details, address, etc.) are correct. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected by the DVLA and could affect your ability to use our service in the future.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment provider (Stripe). The total price includes our service fee, the £25 DVLA fee, and postage. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you accept the terms of that policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
We aim to process and post your application promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by the DVLA, Royal Mail, or other third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
