CarForms.co.uk is a product of Leader Internet Limited, an Irish company (registered company number 575353).
1. Full Refund (Before We Post Your Application)
If you change your mind or cancel your order before we have posted your V62 application to the DVLA, we will refund the full amount you paid, including the £25 DVLA fee component. Please contact us as soon as possible (e.g. by replying to your order confirmation email) to request a cancellation and refund.
2. Partial Refund (After Posting)
Once your application has been printed and posted to the DVLA, we cannot recover the £25 DVLA fee (it is sent with your form). In that case:
- We can refund our service fee only (the portion of the £49.95 that covers our completion, printing and postage), if you have a valid reason for the refund request.
- The £25 DVLA fee cannot be refunded once the application has been sent.
3. No Refund (DVLA Rejection)
If the DVLA rejects your application (e.g. due to incorrect information, ineligibility, or their own rules), we are not able to refund the £25 DVLA fee, as it has already been submitted. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund of our service fee. Ensuring the information you provide is accurate is your responsibility; we recommend double-checking your details before payment.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or using the contact details on our website. Please include your order reference (e.g. V62-XXXXXXXX) and the reason for your request. We will respond and process eligible refunds within a reasonable time; refunds are usually made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
