  • Keeper details (name, title, address, postcode, phone, email)
  • Date of birth and acquisition date (where applicable)
  • Reason for application and any supporting information

We also collect payment information via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers; Stripe handles payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and PCI requirements.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Complete and submit your V62 application to the DVLA
  • Process your payment and send order confirmations
  • Print and post your form (including sharing necessary details with our printing/postal partners)
  • Communicate with you about your order (e.g. dispatch confirmation, tracking)
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support

3. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the service you have purchased) and, where applicable, legal obligation (e.g. record-keeping for tax purposes).

4. Sharing Your Data

We may share your data with:

  • Stripe – for payment processing
  • DVLA – as part of your V62 application
  • Printing and postal partners – to fulfil your order

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain order and application data for as long as necessary to fulfil the service, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. After that, we may anonymise or delete data in line with our retention policy.

To exercise these rights or ask questions about your data, contact us (e.g. by replying to your order confirmation email).
